In the event of a cancellation deposits are non returnable.
We advise all clients to take out an insurance policy to cover
last minute cancellations.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the date
of arrival a 100% charge of the room rate for the entire stay
will be payable.

If the cancellation is made within seven days of the arrival
date the full room rate for the entire stay will be payable on
large parties (ask for details).

The Bridge Inn will make every possible effort to sell the
room, and in the event that this is successful a refund will
be made to the client who has cancelled.

Rooms are available from 1500 hrs on the day of arrival and
check out is 11.00 am.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply at bank holiday
weekends, Christmas and New Year Packages. We cannot offer
refunds for cancellations, unless we receive at least 1 week's
notice for Bank Holidays and 1 months notice for Christmas
and New Year Bookings.
- If by chance you have to cancel a room, cancellations by email
or fax will not be accepted - only telephone cancellations.
