No visit to
the Lake District would be complete without sampling at least

in Cockermouth.
The Bridge Inn, Santon Bridge permanently
keeps Jennings Bitter, Cocker Hoop, Cumberland Ale and Snecklifter.

Whom Man loves Best. The pious Bird with the Scarlet
Breast'. Brewed with two English whole cone hops and
natural coloured malt giving a chestnut red hue to

Named after Stan Laurel,
famous son of the Lake District, and his canine friend
Laughing Gravy. A classic English style bitter with

First spotted on Lake
Windermere in the early 1900's the Tizzie Wizzie is
said to have the body of a hedgehog, the tail of a
squirrel and a pair of bee-like wings. This light well
balanced ale with its fresh citrus aroma and spicy
undertones make for a beast of a beer. |

At 2,323 feet high you would definitely need a beer
when you reach the top of this famous Lakeland fell.
This refreshing light golden bitter hits the spot with
an aroma of toffee and caramel; complimented by a malty,

and blackcurrant flavours derived from the use of traditional
